CRAP CUSTOMER SERVICE/GOOD BLOGGING
My PC died at about 22:00 on Monday. I'm still not sure whether it was a virus or if the dreadful Norton Internet Security that I had earlier installed had caused the crash.
My machine will be Norton-free when it is repaired, but I'm not completely sure when that will be. Acer does not offer servicing outside of 8:30-17:30, so I have to take time off of work to get my PC fixed.
