HAIKU FOR WOO

As I’m moving, I'm giving some things away.

I recently picked up a couple of John Woo/Chow Yun Fat collaborations on DVD, the marvelously bloody and bullet-ridden ‘'Hard Boiled’' and the '‘A Better Tomorrow’' trilogy (the final part/prequel was directed by Tsui Hark rather than Woo). And, thanks to the recent relaxation of regulations on the sale of DVDs, I was able to buy them locally.

What this means is that I can now give away my earlier-acquired VHS copies of ABT II and III:

I'’ll send these to whoever can come up with the best haiku dedicated to the early works of John Woo and Chow Yun Fat. An example:
Mob swarms hospital
Two-gun hero chews toothpick
Don'’t drop the baby
A slight warning about the VHS versions.– I bought these in the Middle East and the Arabic subtitles generally obscure both the English and Chinese ones. Still, the action is more important than the plot, so these can be enjoyed without knowledge of either Cantonese or Arabic (though it wouldn't hurt).
